Onboarding: Employment EligibilityIn the Onboarding Gateway, before submitting a new hire to UKG Pro managers must first verify employment eligibility for the new hire by completing Section 2 of the I-9 and submitting an E-Verify case. Both of these parts of the onboarding process need to be completed prior to submitting the new hire's record to UKG Pro, the system will not allow manager's to submit the new hire's information until these are completed.
